SkillXchanges is currently recruiting Contract-to-Hire Clerk positions in your area. We are a strategic supplier and business partner hired to recruit applicants for full and part-time work from home call center agents. GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Following call center “scripts” when handling different topics
- Identifying customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions
- Typing Test: Measures an individual’s typing speed and accuracy.
- Troubleshooting: Curiosity and drive to get to the root of a problem.
- Decision-making: Confidence to make sound judgments.
- Communication: The ability to effectively communicate abstract topics.
- Comprehension: The ability to interpret customer intentions, despite what they are asking/saying.
- Direct Internet Connection: Complete and pass connectivity test.
- Working Laptop or Desktop: Complete and pass system diagnostics test.
